I wish I had read the reviews before going in. This place was recommended to me but it was by someone who gets pedicures only. This salon does not know how to do dip powder. I should have realized it when they tried to talk me into getting gel instead. But I’ve been getting dip for 3 years. awful. I wanted to like it so I could support a new local business but I am just so miserable with my nails. I have never had a more terrible service and an even more horrible outcome. my appointment started at 1230 and I did not leave until almost 230. the service online when I booked was said to be 50 minutes and in my past years of getting a dip manicure I have never sat there for over an hour let alone almost two hours. she left me for 20 minutes to be exact, she said she charged to shape my nails an almond shape when I ... read more

4 cracked/chipped nails within 5 days and missed top coat on half of thumb.. I spent 90 minutes at appointment and they will not refund money because "they spent money on product". Poor business practice and even worse service though they were very nice. It would have gone along way of they refunded me for the service. I understand normal wear and tear.
