Horrible communication!! I have been in touch regarding a property on the island since February. Took WEEKs to even get an initial email reply or phone call returned. I had an extensive phone conversation of over a hour, was told if I wanted to see it in person I would need to plan ahead 7-14 days for a water taxi (off grid property). I kept in contact via email stating my continued interest, hear nothing back about anyone else interested until this week. Hedi is a wonderful realtor, patient and passionate about helping me as a buyer. Very good at making sure I've considered everything and have a good feel of life on Galiano. Thanks, Hedi! One item that could be improved is making sure to clearly communicate the properties where Hedi is the selling agent to avoid conflicts of interest.
