Jordan was showed up on time and completed the work for the fee that was quoted. He was professional and courteous. He was able to get the work completed when several other contractors I called indicated that they could not perform the work needed. I hired Todd to gut renovate a bathroom. The entire experience was very frustrating and ultimately ended with me firing him. He swore up and down that it would be finished before the ski season, and I signed an estimate stating it would be finished around 10.31.21. I paid a 50 percent deposit of $5009.00 for the project.
