The team at Gales on State Street are absolutely the best! They’ve always taken great care of my vehicles, and every visit has been a positive experience. They’re friendly, professional, honest, and really know their stuff—and their prices are more than fair. Ladies, if you’re reading this, you can absolutely trust these guys. They won’t pressure you into unnecessary work or take advantage of you. It’s such a relief to find an auto shop where you feel respected and confident in the service you’re getting. Highly recommend!

Max is as professional as they come! I also have to say the rest of the crew did a fantastic job! Car was making a squeak and they were able to get the car diagnosed with photos in timely manner and a more than fair price I’d say!! Car has no more squeak and other issues were discovered and addressed because of the crew taking pictures and doing a professional job!! Thank you guys very much !! Will be returning !!
I had a good first impression second impression third fourth and 5th and I feel like I've been there a hundred times. They never disappoint, and I'm a pain sometimes. They worked with us to help alleviate our problems and Im very thankful for having them fix our vehicles and maintain them. I would recommend this company to anybody to treat my daughter and my wife with respect. 10 stars!
