I came in and was greeted right at the door, the staff was extremely friendly and determined to help me with the issues I had with my vehicle. This is one of the best locations and I will be back again. Eric, James, and Max are phenomenal.
Mechanic was very helpful in explaining the issues (good and bad and the why). Repairs went smoothly and having a loaner vehicle while mine was out of commission was very convenient.
Great work by everyone here. Very professional attitudes across the board from everyone I talked with and you can tell these guys don't just do this as another job but as a career. They were able to diagnose my issue as failed struts and finish the repair within a few hours for my case. You'll get a full rundown of what's going on under your vehicle with many different photos showing their findings. I hear they have pretty good prices for oil changes so I'll definitely be back when that time rolls around again.
After Garber Jeep in Saginaw couldn't find out what was wrong I took it to Gales and they found the issue in no time flat. Thank you Gales for doing an amazing job and my jeep drives like its brand new now! You have earned a returning customer!
