I found this company site when searching to find a replacement Singing Snowman Dispenser, a favorite of the family and my 17 mos. old granddaughter. I was told where it was to be available in a national chain store, but i could not find it. I was thrilled that I was able to obtain it from them directly. This company provides excellent customer service, some rare and to be promoted theses days. Support this business!!
Shopped for family Christmas party that would have small children and adults. The Staff was great narrowing down my search for the perfect gifts and had great suggestions to keep cost down. One lady even took time to help me find the perfect tins. Thanks Galerie Candy and Gifts. P.S. I worked in customer service all my life so when I see good service I make a point to let you know.
Generally I have great things to say about this store but after today I will never step foot inside again! The level of rudeness is absolutely uncalled for. I am a teacher that has about 85 students I want to buy for. I spoke with a nice lady a few days ago who had a great idea. Tonight I arrived at 5:05 (they close at 5) and when I was told thru the door they were closed I motioned that I had a question, I was told rudely that they were not going to open the door, and then laughed at!
