First time customer, was treated friendly by staff. The work they did was good. Wait time was on point. Would recommend to anybody.
Dropped of Sat. for alignment. They were working me in so no apt. time. Upon pickup steering wheel crooked, they fixed that before I left. Had to drive to Columbus right after to pick up camper. On way back rear dual tire came off. When contacted on Saturday it was all apologies and we'll fix it. Drop off Tuesday and all the sudden it's not there problem. First time ever doing Business with this tire shop and will be the last not only did he sell me the wrong tire size told me I needed an alignment asked if I wanted it I said ok 2 mins later my truck is out front he never even went back told them to do it but was charged for it so leaves me to believe it wasn’t even done
