I've lived in the territory for three years now, don't do it! The association is the worst, the people are clickish snobs and HOA are very anti pet. The HOA will harass you relentlessly if you are not one of the chosen few. Rules only apply to those people not in their click. Yes it is beautiful but the stress over shadows it. There's no doubt the territory is beautiful but there are issues. The association spends money on all the wrong things. The people are superficial, nice at first but nasty in reality. This place is the perfect example of social and economic division. Same old wars from our old place, Hoffman Estates vs. South Barrington.
