Lazer wash? Let me say it's probably the best touch less wash I've ever had! Wonderful, friendly owner greeting and looking after guests! Wow, next level!
WONDERFUL customer service! I was using the self wash bay which I never do but the drive thru was closed bc of the cold. I put my credit card in the machine and when I was finished I pressed “STOP but it kept going. I called Denice whose number is on the office door. She responded immediately, drove OVER and gave me a refund. I couldn’t believe it! That hardly ever happens. She showed me where the “stop” button is on the credit card SWIPER instead of pushing stop on the options of the main board.
Wonderful car wash! Owner is very kind!
