I have waited for quite a while to make this review but I still feel so strongly about this that it was time. In 2020/21, I went to Bleach Reno 2-3 times (where Marissa Knight used to work). The first couple times were good, really no complaints. The final time, however, in 2021, I left with half the hair I went in with. We did ( past tense ) business with the property managers. These people are extremely rude, and do not make appropriate accommodations for entering the building. Leaving people waiting and being unapologetic is normal. Occasionally delusional imitation security staff would come out and harass people, telling people their lights were too bright, and they need to turn them off. Incompetent people, with no understanding of business practices. They need to be taught manors, and promptness is a key factor in any business relation... read more
