Dr.Seymour is great doctor. He listened to what you have to say.
Dr Seymour and his nurse are a joke. I tried establishing care local to me, went to my appointment and all went well...but that was the end of it. They didn't send in my prescriptions, I had to call a week later to check and there was no record in my chart that he was supposed to do that. Then sent in a prior auth for a medicine I already take for one thing (told him it helped with what I felt were my symptoms of another approved diagnosis for the same medication) and put it as I was taking it for another.
