I started bringing my cats to CFC in 2022. I first had Dr Noe, who was professional & kind. I was given another doctor while she was away. I did not have a positive overall or acute experience with Dr. Galen Groff. My senior cat started to need more attention early in 2024. I kept bringing him to CFC, called, & emailed to get him help. This is a nice place to take your cat(s). Many of the staff members are exceptional and kind to work with. (Shout out to Stacey, a really sharp staff member!) I want to highlight the professionalism and care that Dr. Emily Knopf has provided to my cats since last Dec. I used to LOVE this vet when they were the Gene Poole Memorial Cat Clinic. However, please be warned that this clinic has been bought out by a corporate company who has been proven to use unethical practices. It happened to me and my vet at Maplewood Animal Hospital confirmed that their approach to care was "shocking". Choose not to be scammed out of your hard earned money with unnecessary tests and procedures. It is with great sadness that I feel I have to tell people this! Very disappointed with this clinic. The last two appointments we had they took us back into the room and 10 minutes later we see the Dr. arrive at the clinic, she wasn’t even on the premises at the time we were scheduled. Twice! By the time she enters the room it’s 15 minutes after our appointment start time. At our last visit the Tech came back with our after visit summary and just cracked the door and shoved it at me then let the door close as it fluttered to the ground.
