Noticed some pain like a week ago when eating ice cream. Over the last 3-4 days the pain got pretty intense. I finally decided to check my in network dentists and came across this one like 2 blocks from me. I called and let them know what was going on and they saw me right away. I came in expecting an infection and maybe a potential root canal. The infection was BAD and they explained I’d need the tooth pulled because of bone loss. I am a customer of this dentist office for over 6 + yrs. I came in for a 6 month teeth cleaning checkup and some x-rays just yesterday. The reason why I am writing this letter is because I want to commend on the professional skills this traveling dental hygienist showed me to relax and have confidence in her work. She handed me sunglasses to put on to protect my eyes as she explained what is going to do. She took the time to really clean my teeth. This is the first time I ever comment on job well done. 1st visit ever to this facility. Impressed with ambiance, general pleasant demeanor of staff, & high level of competence displayed by all involved with proceedings. Siskel & Ebert two thumbs up to an obviously healthy office environment, I look forward to enjoying again. I'm always nervous going to the dentist but the staff and environment here are so comforting!! Definitely recommend and I will continue to come here! Definitely deserves the 5 stars!
