I truly appreciate the care provided by Dr. Howard. He is very competent, good at explaining, and patiently listens and answers questions. I recommend him highly.
Dr. Howard may be a great provider, but we’ll never know—my mother was stopped at the front desk. She arrived early at 8:20 a.m. for an 8:40 a.m. appointment and still had her visit canceled. Why? She was handed a tablet and expected to complete lengthy paperwork in 15 minutes. My mother is a senior citizen, and English is not her first language. No assistance was offered. No grace was given.
