Dr. Galella seems nice enough but I have found her to be incompetent. I had to educate her on Googleable info (which she looked up and confirmed I was correct about during my appnt). I recently reached my last straw with her when she told me I had to choose what we got to talk about because my appnt was listed as a “follow up” but if I wanted to change it to my “annual” we couldn’t talk about follow up issues from my last appnt. Very professional and knowledgeable.She gets down immediately to the issue Immediately and calms you down even when you have deep seated fears .She knows her trade.Lovely lady too.
