The mechanic, Mario, seemed knowledgeable and kind, but my overall experience here was disappointing. I initially came in for an oil change and was told that my brake pads were nearly gone. Mario showed me the issue, so I agreed to have them replaced. Unfortunately, the charge was unreasonably high. Soon after, I began hearing a squeaky noise. Very experienced, knows what hes doing. But on price. He will rip you off. He will charge you 3 , 4 or 5 times or more of the real price. He will fix whats damaged and tell you other parts also needs replacement, just to get more money form your pocket. Just get and find another mechanic. Carefull with this sweet taker
Very honest and professional work, fair prices. I got my car inspected today and he looked over everything and gave me a thorough rundown on the vehicle along with advice on what actions to take. He also offered tips/tricks on taking care of my car and overall maintenance advice. Spent almost 20 minutes just talking about car stuff, Mario is super chill and extremely knowledgeable on Toyota/Lexus. Would def recommend!
