Worst ever service department have been going here for years and the service department has gone down hill service manager and staff have a non caring attitude booked a oil change appointment for 1:30 check in and waited 45 minutes than went to ask where is my car they told me it hasn't even been started on I told them to forget it and will take my car elsewhere where you can get some service. Told the General manager and he said that's a normal wait time not in book if I make appointment for a simple oil change really??????... read more
