Sales guy showed me the car but as soon as we talked price a sales manager enters the game, like dirty used car salesmen kind of guy. **** I wanted to pay cash and kept pushing financing and a 4k mandatory upgrade for them to spray the car down with a $35 ceramic wax. I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced at 8:15am on Saturday morning. I called to check on the vehicle at 10:30am and could not get through to anyone, had to leave a message and requested a call back. By 12:30pm I had heard nothing so I called again to be told they "think they were just starting to look at my vehicle," 4 hours after the appointment time I made. This is the worst service department in Lee county. We bright Kia into service and they told us the car had bad gas first time. Then the second time we brought car in we were told to deal with it that is how the car is. Then the 3rd time we bring the 2019 car in it's a fuel pump and now we are out of warranty and we need to pay. This issue started in 2019. What a nightmare! I experienced a catastrophic engine fire in my KIA which was under an open recall. The vehicle was towed to them on June 2 and I went 4 weeks with NO communication, no loaner or rental and no answers or action being taken. I continually got shoved off to from the service department to KIA corporate and could not get communication from either of them. The dealership actually told me "they weren't KIA". August 31, 2019--I was involved in a car accident in which I was sitting still waiting for the school bus so that I could make a left-hand turn. A work van pulling a trailer went around me on the right and his trailer hit the right quarter panel of my Kia Sorento. The man driving the work van after he hit me fled the scene.I followed him. Galeana KIA of Fort Myers is amazing, especially the service department...I recently went there to get my rear door handle fixed and within an hour it was done. I was able to speak with a consultant immediately. He kept me informed about what was going on, how long it would take, and was completed in the less amount of time that he mentioned. He offered snacks, WiFi, coffee, etc. I just want to say a specific THANK YOU to CHRIS DE LA PAZ!
We drove 100 miles from home to purchase our 2nd KIA Sportage from Galena. Lou Barth took great care of us. It was awesome to deal with knowledgable, friendly, customer service-minded salespeople. The entire Galeana team was helpful and we love our new 2020 Sportage. It was definitely worth the drive.
