Great dealership
I have just leased a 2020 Kia Sportage. Paul Freeman was my sales rep. I found Paul very efficient, knowledgeable and very kind. All the necessary paper work for the DMV and insurance was done easily. So I was able to drive my new car home . I highly recommend Galeana Kia Motors, Fort Myers.
GALEANA KIA In short, a dealer has a working manager's trash. I was at the dealership and the salesman asked the manager for help, and he addressed me with an arrogance that I don't believe even the kia owner has, chewing food and with his nose up. I ask you: How does a reputable brand put an unqualified person to run your store?
On March 30, 201 I re-leased and got a new Kia Optima. I had a wonderful sales experience from start to finish with sales rep Lou Barth. I would definitely recommend Galeana Kia and “Big Lou” Barth Sales Representative for your leasing/buying experience. Donna C
