We had Gale-wyn cater our pig roast. Every time I called them they were very nice on the phone and explained things very well. They did an excellent job. We did not have to worry about a thing. Everything was taken care of and they kept you informed as to what was going on. When would you like us to start. When the pig was coming out. Wrapped everything up and brought it to the house in the kitchen and explained what should be done with the leftovers. They are amazing. I had a family reunion. Not only were they on time, they were there when we were decorating, so I had time to finish up, without worry about the food. Fantastic home cooked salads and the pig was great.
A friend of ours used gale wyn catering at there party in ontario county park. I was told they were late showing up,but did manage to get the food out on time. The food was good (chic BBQ) but I was turned off after watching one of the cooks go in to the mens room wearing a plastic glove and returning to the buffet still wearing the same glove.
they showed up late,food was avgerage at best. not very clean,they looked like they just got done killing the pig themselfs. they did use gloves but one guy came out of the bathroom still wareing his gloves,and went right back to the food line. the pig was very dry,but they did have sauce to go with it.

I used Gale Wyn in June of 2011, It was a Celebration of Life for my mother, it was private and by invitation only. I was satisfied with Gale Wyn until I realized that cabbage salad I ordered and paid extra for was not there. The left overs that were in my contract that I receive were mostly taken back to wherever and I talked to the employee, who worked the celebration.
