We had Gale-wyn cater our pig roast. Every time I called them they were very nice on the phone and explained things very well. They did an excellent job. We did not have to worry about a thing. Everything was taken care of and they kept you informed as to what was going on. When would you like us to start. When the pig was coming out. Wrapped everything up and brought it to the house in the kitchen and explained what should be done with the leftovers. They are amazing. they showed up late,food was avgerage at best. not very clean,they looked like they just got done killing the pig themselfs. they did use gloves but one guy came out of the bathroom still wareing his gloves,and went right back to the food line. the pig was very dry,but they did have sauce to go with it.

I love their chicken. It is always cooked 100%. I dont like chicken that is not cooked. They do great fun raisers for local organizations.

I used Gale-Wyn Catering this past weekend for a Grand Re opening event for our repair shop that burned down in January. This is the 3rd party that this very professional company has catered for us. I estimated our guests to be approximately 150 or so when I first booked them less than 30 days before our event. I called them less than a week before the event and changed the number to approximately 400 guests. They arrived early and set up to begin cookling the chicken. We ended up serving 425 guests.
