The whole team at Gale marine has went above and beyond for me multiple times. They have helped me trouble shoot a few issues on my airboat and got a new EFI system installed in a short period of time so I did not have to cancel a planned trip with clients coming in from out of town. Service was great and you can't beat a Gale airboat on the ice. Have been out with my buddies that don't have Gale airboats and their sides have caved when we got into heavy ice. Barely a scratch on mine.
We ran into a small issue with our ProDrive while on a duck hunting trip in the area, Jake and his crew had the part we needed in stock and had us back up and rolling in no time. Top notch customer service, friendly employees and one heck of an impressive shop.
Messaged them on a used prodrive they listed on Facebook. Turns out motor was sold already. Asked to be put on a list in case another one comes in. Called me a week later with what I was looking for. Made the 5hr round trip, and it was well worth it. Excellent service! And a phenomenal price! They installed the motor for me while I waited and had it running in no time. Cannot recommend them enough! Hopefully I’ll be able to get a boat built by them prior to the 2025 hunting season.
Got a crack in the hull of my 3 1/2 year old Lund predator 1860. Lund would not stand behind the crack in the hall, was due to a flaw in the material this happened Labor Day weekend. Took Lund over three weeks to get back to me. Had to get it fixed before duck season went to Gail Marine and even though they were very busy, he got to it in three days. fix the crack and also put a protective cover over the key to protect it from cracking again.
