Had me call a national number and was unwilling to help me locally. When I called the national number, they told me my agent should have told me that my damage probably will not be covered. Time for a change.
What a pathetic agency! Thought we had coverage as it was stated numerous times to find out we have been driving without insurance for several months. Can't keep agents there and new guy David is a jerk as we have filed a complaint to HQ; he hung upon me today. We just switched all coverages out. Lots of other issues; time to go bye bye.
Piss poor service... gouging and overall not the insurance company i'd choose for my family or anyone....we've been screwed enough by them already....it will not happen a third time.I'll be contacting the BBB ....and doing more reviews as well.I also have proof many times over in the last 14 years and it's always the front desk contacting me and not the owner of the branch Gale krier....what a way to do business. ...your minions have failed you Gale.
