I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Despite my clear instructions and their repeated assurances, the job failed inspection, and I was unexpectedly charged an additional $3,750 to fix their mistake. A reputable contractor should take responsibility for their errors, not pass the cost onto their clients. Unfortunately, this company chose the latter. Horrible experience. First job they did for me, their technician stepped through the drywall ceiling and cracked the entire ceiling. I had them come out to do a estimate on a second job and decided to go with another trusted contractor instead. Gale put a lien on my house and billed me $69 after a year despite never doing anymore work for me. I don’t recommend this company. It’s shady.
