I have never met a company that stood behind there products. I don’t judge a company when things go right, that’s easy it’s when there is a problem and how they solve it. Their equipment broke and they had someone drive 2 hours away that day so they can get it fixed for my inspection. Matthew is a great salesman.
A friend referred us to Gale Insulation, specifically Matthew Zannoli, to inquire about insulation for our home that was built in the mid 80's. Matt conducted a very thorough inspection, shared photos, and explained what we needed and how it would help. He answered all of my questions, no matter how silly they were, and helped me understand the process and benefits to getting it done, all while not pressuring me to move forward. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Despite my clear instructions and their repeated assurances, the job failed inspection, and I was unexpectedly charged an additional $3,750 to fix their mistake. A reputable contractor should take responsibility for their errors, not pass the cost onto their clients. Unfortunately, this company chose the latter. Horrible experience. First job they did for me, their technician stepped through the drywall ceiling and cracked the entire ceiling. I had them come out to do a estimate on a second job and decided to go with another trusted contractor instead. Gale put a lien on my house and billed me $69 after a year despite never doing anymore work for me. I don’t recommend this company. It’s shady.
