I had my addition sprayed with open cell insulation and the garage ceiling ended uo not needing to be sprayed. After dealing with these people for 3 1/2 months I am writing this review to warn everyone. They have yet to refund my money for the garage ceiling that was not done. Quick to want you to pay for a job up front but when it comes to refunding money that is another story.
Ryan told me he would send someone out to fix the spray foam under my house. That was earlier this year. We are very disappointed with this company while I’m looking at his ratings, not good.
The builder used gale. I paid around 20k extra for white/gray cabinets, soft close in kitchen. They messed up the space for the dishwasher so it doesnt fit right. They messed up a tight corner not accounting for hardware making it so one drawer doesnt open. They came to fix it by taking out the drawer and replacing with a taller door. So i oost a drawer after paying extra to get two extra drawers initially. They wont offer anything like blind cabinet access options and they wont work with you. The crew that came out here for Starlight did an amazing job very professional and very respectful. They Did their job left the place clean and was out thank you guys for the quick response and a quick work.
These guys knocked it out of the park for me. I have a 30x50 garage that Carlos & Steven spray foamed for me and it could not have come out any better. True craftsman of their trade. Johnathan was the sale rep and he was wonderful to work with. And on top of it all, it was at a great price. Thank you
