My family and I have been clients for 15 years. Gale is intuitive, changing her focus when she finds a problem area. Two of my girls were college athletes and utilized Gale to stay healthy throughout their seasons. She is capable of the massage you need whether relaxing or deep tissue. My personal favorite is the lymphatic drainage massage which helps my immune system year round. Gale is a true gem of a person and a phenomenal masseuse!
