Great place to rent bikes from while you are in P-town. Customer service was amazing, and they took the time to explain the trail system and gave us a map to follow.
Jaime was super helpful! Got us setup on some nice Cannondale rental bikes. We returned as they were closing and he took the time to show us some other bikes we had asked about earlier. Great bikes and customer service.
Would just like to take a moment to say how grateful I am to Gale Force Bikes and its amazing staff. The gentleman I encountered in there today was very friendly and helpful. I only needed to have air put into my tires. He didn’t have to assist me with this but he went above and beyond and explained that the tires utilize a different type of valve with which I was unfamiliar. Not the friendliest crew. Won’t let you reserve and when you show up you’re told all bikes are reserved.
