Really nice and friendly staff
Gale Force was great to work with for our middle school trip to Provincetown. They delivered 30 bikes for our group, did a great safety briefing, and were great with the kids. We also had the opportunity to put the road service to the test after we had a mishap on the trails. With kindness and good humor, they helped me figure out where I was, got me to a road, and were there within minutes. Thank you, Gale Force!
I LOVE this bike shop and so glad it's nearby in the West End. I bring my bike here each year for the annual spring "tune up" and it always comes back sparkling clean, pumped, and ready for the season. They've also replaced my brakes and chain, and fixed several flats. Always super friendly and helpful, reasonable rates, and quick service. Why go anywhere else?
