DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – My GC used Quality Insulation out of Milford for years (they were bought out by Masco Contractor Services) so he used them again to insulate our second floor and attics. Promised to show Tuesday, no call no show. This repeated for Wed, Thurs, and Friday. Saleman Rob told me they were not only going to work on Saturday to make it up, but will finish in one day. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE – I contracted with them to insulate my home. They did not provide the service contracted for. They drilled 3 inch holes in my ceiling of my cape style home to blow insulation into the roof. They left the holes stuffed with a wood plug. They asked to use my vacuum to clean up their mess. They replaced the siding so that the side that hadn't faded was exposed. Some of the siding was not replaced at all. The broke shingles and just pieced them back together. Stay away!!! Bad news. – Insulated my home "I use that term lightly" to the tune of thousands of dollars...screwed it up royally. The name of this firm is laughable,,,, did not properly insulate window cavities, insulation falling down in basement, etc. Real schist-er!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Great Experience & Customer Service!! – I am very satisfied with the work provided at this location, I can not speak for the rest of the locations only this one. They offer free quotes and competitive pricing.The only inconvinience for me was paying before hand for the work being done, but a work agreement is signed and everything was done in a professional manner.The guys did a great job on the houses.

Talk more than they work. – With so many good contractors struggling to make it through the recession it is a shame to see this one still running. The contractors from this company that insulated my home were foul-mouthed and lazy. At one point I even heard one of them complaining and then he says "F* this, I'm done, all I have to do is waste enough time until..." he then ceased to work at around 1pm but stood around outside, doing nothing, for over an hour (time that he was not doubt getting paid for- this was on day 3 of t... read more

Horrible Crew – These guys were hired by a local contractor friend of mine b/c they were supposedly good. I took his word for it b/c he himself does great work. Well unfortunately they were horrible. I was originally told they would arrive on a Tuesday and it would be a one day job, we're now at the following Tuesday and the job still isn't done. Agreed – I completely agree with the previous review. The two gentlemen I spoke with Isaac and Tony were absolutely no help. I feel strongly enough about my bad experience to actually write a review about them.
