Horrible people their dont know how to insulate or paint hired them to do some work they came out but the insulation was torn up when they installed it terrible job
Called for an estimate. A guy came out within a few days, and said he'd have a estimate to me in a few days. I gave him my e-mail address, and a business card with the e-mail address. after about 4 weeks I called to see if they were going to give me an estimate. The woman on the phone seemed to be bothered that I called, and, of course, "couldn't find me in the system". She said I could call Dan and set up an appointment. I have to hear them every morning Monday through Friday at 7:30AM.. They are loud and I live down the street. I don't like hearing the sounds of rocks being dumped or the loud screetching noises this early in the morning. I have a son who is also trying to sleep at this time. It's rude that this place is right down the street from a neighborhood. Go find a different location.
I was skeptical after reading a few bad reviews, but they gave a great price and seemed very knowledgeable; so I gave them a shot. Amy showed up on time and gave us a quote for putting blow in cellulose above our garage. She also noticed some other things that the builder failed to do and quoted those issues separately. Did not show up for scheduled service. Did not call. Canceled Service.
We made contact with them and was given a time and day they would be at my home to give an estimate. They never showed nor did they call. When I sent them an email they did not even respond back to my email. I guess they dont need the business and I know they are not getting mine now. I am glad this happen before I signed a contract with them for any work.
excellent job – I recently hired Jones Boys to do the fiber glass insulation in my home my husband built. i did have probems with the scheduling department i think his name was Dan he was kind of rude over the phone when he scheduled the guys to be there on monday this was a big job and we needed the inspection by friday so the the sheet rockers could be in by friday afternoon anyways the guys showed up wednesday and i was not happy and dan said every thing but go f#%k yourself to me and i was not happy but we already paid t... read more
Worst Company Ever! – When we used Kent's Insulation several years ago for spray in insulation, they WERE great. We had them come back and give us a quote for seamless gutters. They were the cheapest - and now I know why. Our old gutters (in sections) use to drain. The new seamless gutters now do not. I am also told told that they cannot fix them and attach them to the structure. Not to mention when they came to do the job they did not have all of the supplies to complete the job. Very Helpful Steve – Today I had 2 contractor's @ my home. What a difference between the 2 men. Steve from Gale Services was very knowledgeable, helpful, took his time to do things right. Steve found issues that I had no idea existed, causing the 2nd man to have to do more work, he was very unhappy ! The other man being a plumber was very fussy, cranky, unfriendly.
