Friendly. Anthony. Explained everything we needed to do by disconnecting heater, removing broken marble and carpet, then replacing it and putting back together. He lit the pilot light, cleaned the unit and explained how to clean the main components.
Autumn and her crew are a great team! Rarely see anyone standing around doing nothing. They know their jobs, and they seem to do them well. I will give a more complete review Once the heating and air conditioning units are online and running. But so far, I am very happy with their work.
Great service, professional, caring, knowledgeable. Very nice person. Thank you for sending such a wonderful technician.
