Great customer service and shipping times! I bought a front draw shoulder holster as a gift for my boss and accidentally messed up the address in my order. I sent an email correcting the address, they called back and were very nice and polite and got my goof resolved and my boss is very happy with the holster
At one time, one of the best! I have 5 of their holsters and they are still in use. Unfortunately, they are a lost cause. Stuck in the past..And not much respect for left handed people. 7/3/23 Thanks for the response. Generic at best. I moved on many years ago after a rather terse conversation with one of your customer service people. Apparently you guys can't take advice or constructive criticism. It cost you a customer of 35+ years.. I'd rather go to a custom holster maker, actually pay less and get a better holster. Had o... read more

I needed to upgrade my holster for a Ruger Security 9 Compact and was happy to see the Hornet model was available. I have the same model for my Ruger LCR. I called and spoke with Customer Service and we discussed this holster as an adequate replacement. Satisfied, I hung up and placed my online order. Three days later it's now on my hip carrying very nicely; just exactly the position I desire, holding the gun snug.
