Placed an order needed quickly. They updated the shipping on the delivery date by weeks. They were immediately told to cancel the order which they didnt. They then asked for the order number multiple times in the same thread the order number was already in. Eventually they let me know that they couldnt cancel the order because they had shipped it.
Steven Durka in the service dept went out of his way to find a place to fix our servomotor, though Galco doesn't rebuild the certain motor. Above and Beyond good service
We were in a bind with a press that had a ABB drive issue and Galco service came to the rescue with a quick repair and quote for a future replacement drive, because or current one is getting very old.
