Very professional and transparent. As first time homebuyers we felt comfortable. They keep you informed and communicate with you every step of the way.
Please if you happen to find out that this company is doing your closing. Ask your realtor to go elsewhere! This company is extremely unprofessional. I don’t know if them trying to keep the money I gave to them at closing that belonged to my insurance company. Or them leaving out important documents like instructions to pay my mortgage and other things. Then I call them with my frustrations. And the rep that answers the phone simply said this was not her issue and hung up the phone on me. Please save yourself the headache!!!
