Galbreath Costner handled the closing on the purchase of our new home, and we had an excellent experience. Haylee Mitchell was our attorney, and she and the entire staff were friendly, efficient, and great with communication from start to finish. They went above and beyond on closing day, even telling us to bring our pets into the office so one of us didn’t have to sit outside in the air-conditioned Jeep with them. My experience was the phone got answered 2 out of 7 times during business hours. My assigned person Ashtyn Kraft does not return calls and was away from the office 3 out of the 4 days I needed something. My wife and I received conflicting wiring instructions with different bank addresses. They say to call and confirm stuff before doing wires but that's virtually impossible when calls don't get returned or answered. If you want a stressful experience this is your place.
