Hot mess. Galbreath Costner did not furnish us with a closing sheet or numbers until almost an hour after the time for which closing had been scheduled. We should have had that information 3 days in advance-at a minimum- for the purposes of review. Galbreath took care of me. Everything was in order and ready to go on time. If you know you're going to close PEOPLE and you know you need your 3% be ready. Sometimes the day come sooner than expect. Have your coins ready and make sure you have a Good Realtor to keep you in the Loop. This man and his Entire Team is AMAZING at what they do.

I'm reading some older reviews, and our experience was the exact opposite. We arrived to our closing and everything was complete in about 45 minutes. There were no hiccups leading up to or at closing. We built an Eastwood Home and Eastwood recently switched the closing attorney to Galbreath Coaster LLC.

Very unprofessional and slowest closing in my career due to the lock of organization and communication. I only used when the builder requires to use them but they are terrible.
