I love the staff here I love the doctor here what more can you ask. It's nice to go to a doctor's office where you're not just a number and when you walk in they know your name.
I went to Dr. David, my PCP, for a medical problem. He was to refer me for an ultrasound. When I never heard from anyone I called to find out what happened. He said I “fell through the cracks” and would place the referral. I still never heard from anyone. What a disgrace of a practice. I’ve been in the medical field for 38 years and have never seen such incompetence. THIS IS NOT HEALTH CARE, THIS IS NOT HEALTH CARE, THIS IS NOT HEALTH CARE.
You are definitely not a priority here. No one listens, risks and side effects are blatantly ignored. 3 members of my family have been patients here and there is nothing good we have to say.
Kathryn seems dissmissive at times. Office staff sometimes rude Poor follow up with paperwork i.e prior authorizations, employee health documents.
