Very professional and quick install.
I ordered and paid $11,000 (50%) for my impact windows and doors on January 9, 2017. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks for install. It has now been 12 weeks and I am still waiting. I was told after 10 weeks that it would be another 4-6 weeks. Also, I have yet to hear back from my salesman (and owner of the company?), Mike Betancourt. I've emailed Mike and left him a voicemail about my dissatisfaction, but he has been unresponsive. I will update this review when my windows finally do get installed. 4/11/2017
Great Product- Very happy with my New Vinyl Windows from Anchor Impact. They used a Manufacturer in Pompano Beach called Fortress Impact Windows & Doors LLC. The quality of the windows is superb. I live close to the beach and the salt air pitted my original aluminum windows. The salesperson convinced me to go with Vinyl Windows and they won't corrode and have a Lifetime Warranty! The Sales and Management staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend them to install your windows and doors.
