We recently purchased a new home with many of the windows in need of replacement. Through two neighbours, we were given fantastic reviews on Galaxy Windows’ products as well as their customer service. We met with Dimitri who went over all of the details of window replacement as well as suggesting particular styles that would enhance our new home. 3 years ago we had Galaxy Windows replace 5 windows. Working with Dimitri & Alex was such a great experience, we called them back to finish the remaining windows. Dimitri responded right away, and visited us the next day ready to quote the project. We settled on the best style of window and moved ahead. In just a month, all 6 windows were ready for installation. Alex was thorough, respectful of our space and very efficient. The installation is top notch, down to the trim replacement. Galaxy windows team is great help when it comes to doors. Alex replaced the door in few hours and did a clean job. Even though we had limited width of our door, Dimitri provided us ample options to choose from. The entire experience was streamlined and stress free. I would definitely recommend them.
