Service staff is horrible to deal with. They are rude and have no curtesy.
After many days of shopping and many different toyota dealers I landed in Galaxy toyota and met with Jim. Immediately I knew I would be buying the car from this gentleman. He listened to my requests answered all of my questions thoroughly and has followed up a few times to check in and see how i like the car. The servicing of my 2023 GR86 was handled impeccably by my service manager, Tristan Hardin. He went above and beyond to diagnose an issue with my tire pressure sensor programming that multiple other advisors and shops couldn't figure out. I was kept up to date on the progress via phone calls and texts. My experience was very positive and I really hope to receive this level of customer service again in the future.
