Erica is a doll. Great vehicle service.
I know that the Toyota is a budget brand, but I was expecting the service to be acceptable, not far from budget. I had a new 2025 truck that run into a problem. I called them to schedule a service appointment and I was asking for a loaner in case the car needs to stay for more than a day, which is a given in most brands I own. Their answer was that they cannot guarantee that and I have to see with the advisor after they have the car, which in turn is a red flag. I hope that this experience is only related to that branch.
Phil, Matt, Tristan all uneducated on basic English and communication. Brought multiple of my Toyotas in, this one specifically for the sensors. These people work dumb and not smart. Spent $2,400, fixing sensors, initially quoted $2015 which went up to $2400. I repeatedly and obnoxiously asked Tristan how does everything else look anything else going on he assured me no. Service staff is horrible to deal with. They are rude and have no curtesy.
After many days of shopping and many different toyota dealers I landed in Galaxy toyota and met with Jim. Immediately I knew I would be buying the car from this gentleman. He listened to my requests answered all of my questions thoroughly and has followed up a few times to check in and see how i like the car. Well I LOVE THE CAR and the service I have received from Jim and the team at Galaxy have been top notch.
