Excellent service, qualified staff, reasonable prices, always busy, try to call ahead to reserve your spot. Highly recommended.
I spoke with the receptionist regarding the tire issue, and she directed me to speak with the owner. However, the owner was not willing to properly listen to or address the concern. It feels like the shop is avoiding responsibility for the mistake made during the puncture tire replacement/service. I expected a more professional approach and proper customer support to resolve the issue fairly.
I went to their shop to fix a flat tire. They checked it and repaired a puncture, but within a few hours the tire went flat again. I called them and went back within half an hour. After checking it again, they said the tire had sidewall cracks that wasn’t identified during the first inspection and recommended replacing the tire. They charged me $40 for the repair and then $120 for a new tire. They did give me a $15 discount on the new tire, but that still doesn’t really change the situation. I had one of the worst experiences ever at this mechanic shop. They charged me a huge amount of money for the work, but the quality was absolutely terrible. They replaced the metal parts of my car on both sides (from one wheel area to the other) and painted them, but now the metal is already rusting. That clearly shows they used cheap materials or did a very poor-quality job. This is completely unprofessional work.
