I had one of the worst experiences ever at this mechanic shop. They charged me a huge amount of money for the work, but the quality was absolutely terrible. They replaced the metal parts of my car on both sides (from one wheel area to the other) and painted them, but now the metal is already rusting. That clearly shows they used cheap materials or did a very poor-quality job. This is completely unprofessional work. I spoke with the receptionist regarding the tire issue, and she directed me to speak with the owner. However, the owner was not willing to properly listen to or address the concern. It feels like the shop is avoiding responsibility for the mistake made during the puncture tire replacement/service. I expected a more professional approach and proper customer support to resolve the issue fairly.
