We purchased our 2nd system from Galaxy this week. We were having a problem with the display flickering and could not find the setting to clear it. We sent a txt to them, got a call back within a few minutes from tech support, they connected remotely, did the necessary change and walked us through how to do it in the future. All this happened within 15 minutes of our first message. Impressive. This is the kind of support that makes field lives easy.
