Waited well over a year for a scooter to get repaired to end up with nothing and money out of my pocket. Was told by Tim when it’s done it’ll be done right. I sent pictures of the scooter to Tim prior to him working on it and taking my money. Only for me text him over a year later and his reply is “oh I lost your number and I can’t get it to work please come pick it up.” Never going back and i’m not picking up the scooter that you probably ended up selling for parts so you can double your money through the covid crisis. i have a 2014 Genuine Stella. i love this bike. she’s a canadian bike but the parts come from india, so they can take some time to order and arrive. the owner Tim picked up my bike last july 2020. he dropped off my bike today.
