Everyone here us so friendly and helpful. They were able to fit us in their schedule with only one day's notice. It turned out our problem was something that only needed adjustment. They were very fair with the time charge and got us on our way quickly at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Galaxy RV in Parksville!!
Jason in the Parts Department is AMAZING. The first trip he not only had the plumbing valve required, but also sent.me on my way with some plumbing lube at no charge. Similarly, the second trip he was able to help us out with a water pressure regulator. Both parts were very competitively priced. You won't find a nicer, more knowledge person to work with. He REALLY deserves to get his own business cards :-)
