The pandemic hit and our event was cancelled 2 months in advance. Galaxy didn't do anything to earn my deposit and my save the date deposit couldn't save the date since the world stopped. Venue closed. We moved away and I requested our deposit back. First I was lied to that we never made a deposit. Once I showed chad proof of the deposit he had excuses why it shouldn't be refunded.
