Had a quote for a pool done, got to the point of about to accept the quote but had one question prior to hitting confirm and now cannot get Dave or his admin girl to contact me back at all. Spent 3 weeks chasing them with no reply. We dodged a bullet not signing with them.

Didnt turn up on the day he was booked in for. Never answered calls until it suited him. Ended up coming a few days later. The finish he left is poor and wouldn’t answer any follow up phone calls to discuss defects. Now we have a new pool with pebblecrete smeared over all our waterline tiles. Looks terrible. Don’t recommend.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS! DO NOT USE. We had our pool booked in for weeks and weeks. Never turned up… never answers phone… never replies to text messages…. Had it booked to be done before Christmas now we have an empty pool and can’t be used over the holidays. Trying to get them to send through samples of a pool colour choice was a nightmare and “was too busy to go through hundreds of photos this time a year” which was the only time they responded to text. Galaxy recently finished our new pool build and the result is absolutely outstanding, the team have delivered a phenomenal result Ours was not an easy build by any means with difficult machinery access and dirt removal challenges, weather issues etc. but nothing was to much work or hassle for Dave and the Galaxy Team, and the result is absolutely A1. Galaxy pools Interiors refurbished my pool in oct/nov of this year. From the beginning, David was open & honest with his quote, any questions we had were answered and work began when he said it would. Throughout the job David and his team were punctual and friendly. Great job Galaxy we love our new look pool!
