First time at this location and honestly pretty disappointed. I specifically asked for dip nails (reiterated multiple times), but they gave me gel x instead. I also made an appointment, yet still had to wait quite a while before my nails were started. By that point, it was nearing closing time and it felt like they really rushed through the service (which is why I think they did Gel X to be faster). The owner Jeff goes absolutely above and beyond! I left Mother’s Day and my heels were a bit dry I called and spoke with him about it and he assured me I could come in and he personally would come to the location I went too and would get my heels fixed up and smoothed out for me. He had the water waiting for me and got started right away. He left my feet looking amazing and even gave me some advice on how to keep my feet looking smooth between my monthly pedicures. Super disappointed.. I just moved to the area and came here for Mother’s Day. My heals were pretty dry and they barely did anything to help.. I paid for the European plus gel so $70 and I left with dry heals.. pretty sad!
Fantastic! I’ve included pictures from 3 different appointments. I began getting my nails done in October, having never gotten a manicure of any kind. I did a lot of research, and decided to go to Galaxy. Best choice! I’ve had both Tiffanny and Tracy do my nails and I’ve been very happy with each technician. Tiffanny especially, is such an artist and takes her time, making everything perfect. Thx Galaxy!
Felt really well taken care of, got their nicest foot treatment. Will be back.
