i have NEVER left a bad review before but i feel like i have to for this. i’ve been coming here for years and today’s experience made me never want to go back. i sat down to get my pedicure, he did amazing don’t get me wrong but when i sat down to get my acrylics, he says he can’t do it, i then say get someone who can and then he says no because they have appointments, mind you, i ALSO made an appointment. i have a busy schedule and they completely wasted my time. this place is crazy unprofessional, i saw 2 employees just wa... read more

I came to check out the new Draper location since it’s close to my job & thought maybe I could start coming here for convenience .. wrong! This is my 3rd time giving galaxy nails a shot, but I guess third time wasn’t the charm! After waiting for over an hour (with an appointment) they finally got started on my removal. I just finished a first-timer appointment with Tea and she was so great. I had gone in with a full set from a different nail salon… she completely fixed the size, shape, and made them gorgeous for me. I also had a pedicure - polish looks great and massage was even better. I learned that Tea can mainly be found at the Bangerter location :) Definitely recommend and I will be returning!

First time at this location and honestly pretty disappointed. I specifically asked for dip nails (reiterated multiple times), but they gave me gel x instead. I also made an appointment, yet still had to wait quite a while before my nails were started. By that point, it was nearing closing time and it felt like they really rushed through the service (which is why I think they did Gel X to be faster).
