Had an amazing experience at Galaxy Nail Bar today! I stopped in because one of my nails broke from a different salon and needed a quick fix while I was in the valley. Jason provided exceptional service - not only did he perfectly fix my broken nail, but he was kind enough to change my nail polish color and reshape all my nails to a coffin style since I felt they were too large and square. Called to make an appointment during the happy hour promotion the person on the phone said “the owner said we are no longer doing that”. I said it’s still up on your website she said sorry and laughed.
The ugliest nails I’ve ever gotten NEVER COME HERE!!! Ps they were $135
I have been a regular customer of galaxy for over six years. Each time they treat me with respect. I suffer from eczema and I have very thin/sensitive skin. They make sure to not irritate my skin. I like that they don’t rush to finish their job instead they take their time to help each client in a timely manner.
Such a lovely experience at Galaxy Nails Bar. The technicians are gentle, and there’s a calm energy in the salon. I always find a fun new color or design to try.
