HORRIBLE!! Needed a simple ONE NAIL REPAIR. Didnt want a repolish. Ask for one acrylic nail repair. Denied
I went in for a simple manicure. Lady that did my nails didn’t let my nails soak for 5 minutes before she started pushing my cuticles back. My skin was no where near soft enough to do anything. She barely did anything to nails and when I brought it to her attention she got an attitude. She was not welcoming and she just didn’t want to do my nails. I was new to this establishment, I went in with high hopes. The first was okay wasn’t really impressed, got charged $50.00. I decided to give it another try, was okay but when the tech was using the drill my skin got burned under the nail charged $50.00. Probably shouldn’t have given the 3rd try but I asked for almond shaped French tips, my nails were horrible. The powder was beyond thick and stuck underneath the nail and on my skin.
