My friend took me to get my nails done today. I usually go to Soho, but I decided to try this place. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. My nails were left unfinished, with no polish on the ends. I also had skin sticking out around my nails, and the edges were sharp. I brought my child with me as well, and she left with two bleeding fingers because they accidentally cut her during the service. I’ve been going to this nail salon for two full years. In the beginning I was absolutely obsessed and amazed with the staff, environment, and the work. The last 3 times I’ve gotten my nails done, they have been super uneven, bumpy, and last less than a week. I’ve gone back to the same nail tech (Nina) to make it right, was treated poorly and left having the same issues I went in for.
