I just bought a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross GT from them. Morgan was fantastic. We had a bit of haggling over my trade in but at the end of the day I walked away happy.
We echo the many bad reviews here in that Galaxy Motors cares for NOTHING but getting a fast buck... at your expense. We will NEVER deal with them again after being lied to by three separate senior staff there.
Drew and Grahame and Eric(insurance)were all helpful and easy to talk to and understand. They did a good job and I recommend Galaxy's team for used car buying.
What an awesome experience yesterday at Galaxy Motors Langford! Blake Stolth, our Sales Advisor, was very informative and personable. He is very professional without being stuffy. He was easy to talk to and is an all around great guy! Dieter Sobieroy, the Finance Manager, was very helpful and funny too! Very pleasant to deal with. Even the Insurance Agent was personable and we kept them late on a Saturday too! This was our third purchase with this company and we will continue to give our business to them.
