I just recently purchased a Kia Seltos and these guys and they were absolutely fantastic!! Dean and Graeme were very knowledgeable which made everything run so smoothly. I appreciated this as I live an 1.5 hr drive away. They made sure everything was in place prior to my arrival so I could drive away with my new vehicle that day. I would 100% recommend Galaxy Motors Courtenay to everyone that is looking for a new to them vehicle.

Extremely happy with Galaxy Motors in Courtenay Service department. Dealt with them twice with our new to us vehicle both times everything went according to plans and the job done correctly. It was nice to have that to go along with the wonderful reception in the sales department. I used their website's Trade-In Value Generator to get a ballpark figure for my car, which I'm just beginning to think about selling. Just in for a oil change and lube, and check over fluids. VERY HAPPY THIS TIME IN, because a service person came and picked up my truck, Also had the spark plugs done, along with a tire check. They also returned the truck back home for me. Very happy with the service and the people who work there.
