had the best experience today, didn’t have an appt and had an emergency with my truck on a long drive home. limped it into the parking lot and Gonzalo immediately helped me out. he knew it was a transmission issue and took a look at it. he fixed it within 15 minutes and had me back on the road. he was wonderful, honest and made a very stressful situation better. he refused to let me tip him and reassured me i’d be able to get home safe and how to check if i had any issues along the way.
This place is not good, took 5 months to fix my car because they didn't want to contact the warranty place.just need to take pictures, Management there doesn't know what's going on cause they had no idea.and both times i Ieft something new would happen.
