We recently stopped by Galaxy in Nanaimo and was helped by Andrew Smith. A pleasant fellow who didn’t try to pressure us into a decision on the Subaru we were considering. He also took time to email us about a couple other Subies that were at other Galaxy locations that he could have delivered to the Nanaimo lot. Again, we appreciated his easygoing approach. Although we didn’t make a purchase at this time, we’ll definitely be in touch with Andrew when we’re ready to make our ideal purchase. Thanks Andrew
On our search for our new car I had a real pleasure at galaxy motors. I saw a listing for a a beautiful Rav4 and I had to stop in to check it out. What a selection they had! I was helped out by Andrew and he was very helpful, attentive and felt genuinely heard and respected. The car is beautiful and in great repair. The finance department was very fast to work their magic. After this visit I think were replacing my wife’s car. Check-’em out!
