Everything about my purchase experience was excellent overall. John, who sold me the car, was wonderful to work with — kind, patient, and professional. Bicky had amazing energy and made the process feel easy and enjoyable, and was also able to secure me a really good financing rate (lower than my pre-approval), which I truly appreciated. Friendly and excellent service
They were great, explained everything to me in detail, at no point did I feel rushed as I was the last person of the day, they found me a vehicle as close to what I was looking for, I received extras and I left feeling that I made a good choice, I gave a 4 star as the vehicle did have some scratches on it it's a 2021 and felt that could of been fixed better, but was not very noticeable and the front window inside was not cleaned well and was smeared badly and driving home toward the sun made it very hard to see and I had no ... read more
