Basel has been an amazing person to deal with from the inception to the completion of the deal with my new car. Great with details! Above ans beyond customer service and satisfaction. Couldn't have asked for anyone better than him for all the amazing work he did seamlessly. Pleasure working with him.
All of the staff at galaxy motors Nanaimo have been absolutely wonderful... they have shown more patience and understanding that I have ever encountered at any car dealership..I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle
Make sure to ask for the fine print of any promotion in writing, in advance, as they do not provide it anywhere on their website or easily accessible by customers. Also expect a minimum of $1,500 extra in fees on your purchase price. Salesperson was polite is the only reason for a second star.
Extremely happy with galaxy Motors Nanaimo! Big thanks to Basel and Chris for making this deal happen. I’m so happy with my dream car, highly suggest checking out this dealership they have lots of great deals and the cleanest pre-owned vehicles on the island . Can’t be happier.
Excellent experience, very good communication, thanks to Basel for being so fast and proficient and Galaxy Motors Nanaimo for solving my car problem. Thank you, highly recommend these guys!
